When I run my fingers across the six strings of my guitar I hear the sweet sound of a chord and I listen and trying to balance it out, trying to make it perfect. I feel that I have a strong connection to music and that connection is important to me. I like listening to music but I’d much rather play it on my guitar. For me music is really how I express myself, and my emotions, I play different music depending on how I am feeling at the time or what’s going on in my life. For example I might play a slow song when I’m sad. And I might listen something upbeat when I’m happy or excited. Just listening to music helps me to focus on something else if I’m stressed, unhappy, or angry. It is a sort escape for me where I don’t have to think about anything else, and when I return to my room I always feel better.
I think music is also a common interest for a lot of people and in my opinion it me helps to connect you with others who enjoy listening or playing the same types of music, no matter whom they are or where they’re from. I’m very lucky to have so many instruments (Pianos saxophones and guitars) and so much music of all different genres and types at my fingertips, anything from heavy metal to classical.

Yes that is true that music connects people. A good example is probably when you have a favorite song, and you find someone else with a similar interest you may invite them over and have a "Music Fest". My I remind you that was just an example and I'm glad you like guitars 'cause I do too!
I totally agree on what you say about music helps focus on something else when you're feeling down because I feel just like that too. That's why I always have my MP3 with me anywhere I go because listening to music helps time go much faster (when I'm travelling) and it helps me calm down if I get mad or anything. I like how you described the way music is an escape for you. Nice job :D
Music really connects people like you said. But also in many different ways such as working together and doing something fun together! When I play on my guitar I feel that it is like playing a game but instead of a boring: You win, you get a good melody that effects you're feelings and can make you feel better. I enjoy reading about you're guitar and that it is many people in the world that likes playing and listening to music!
